Your use of the Software, “o3Touch”, constitutes your full acceptance of all terms listed below.
The Software is designed to be used on mobile touch screen devices running windows mobile operating system 5 and up.
The Software comes as is, with no warranty. You may use the Software for your own use only on any number of devices you own. You may not distribute the Software by yourself.It is your responsibility to fully backup your device before using the Software. You will have no claims for compensation regarding any loss of data, software or hardware damages.
The Software includes source code, documentation, design, and so on. You may not remove any copyright or other notices from the Software, and you may not change copy, modify or merge portions of the Program in any way.
